This is a freeware PocketPC dictionary which runs on Windows Mobile 2003, Windows Mobile 5, Windows Mobile 6 compatible PDA's. In order to run Pocket Dictionary on older devices you will probably need to install first .NET Compact Framework Redistributable.
Pocket Dictionary it contains 20 dictionaries with more than 2.5Mil words.
Attention: in version 2.4 there was a bug on displaing results from dictionary. Please upgrade to version 2.5.
